Campbell Lake

Campbell Lake is found in Oceana County, This scenic Michigan lake coers 187 acres and has reported depths of 41 feet. This lake has the feeling of an “Up North” Michigan lake with it’s wooded, natural beauty throughout all four seasons. This lake has some year round residences, but mainly seasonal cottages.
There is a very rustic park on the west side of Campbell Lake, just off 176th street.
The eastern side of the lake is home to an Inner City Christian Youth Camp, a camp of over 300 acres with an estimated 2000 feet of lake frontage.
Years ago, I was told of the interesting history of the camp. I do not remember all the details, least not enough of them to repeat. If you know the story, I would love to hear about it. Let me know!
