Michigan is Full of Spring Surprises

It is often a pleasant surprise for a new home owner to discover what has been planted in the yard of their new purchase. Spring is the time for tulips, crocus, hyacinth and many other flowers to bloom.

Often, when I am inspecting a piece of vacant land I discover flowers in bloom in the most unexpected places. I can not help but wonder how they got there and why.  I do not have the answer, but it is always a welcome surprise.
